	Subfiles with in the zipped file are described as follows:

		0 - Raw Data: These are raw .lif files (Leica Inc.) that contain the 3D confocal image stacks. Metadata contained in these files hold image aquisition data (microscope settings).

		1 - MaxProjectImages: Raw data with a maximum projection performed to produce a 2D image from the raw 3D data.

		2 - CropAndRotated: MaxProjectImages rotated and cropped to show data only from the porous media section of the reactor.	

		3 - Threshold: Binary images.
