The activity was evaluated to test the relevancy of the activity to students' lives, the effect on their motivation, and the retention of nomenclature concepts. The activity was shown to be relevant in the students' lives by using everyday household products which then showed a slight increase in the students' motivation for the subject of chemistry.enChemistryChemistry--NomenclatureHigh school studentsEvaluation of a nomenclature activity in multiple chemistry classroomsProfessional PaperCopyright 2013 by Michael Robert Greenhoe
