A hedonic price regression model is used to estimate the contributions of amenities to agricultural land values. The model was applied to a sample of agricultural land sales in Montana between 1999 and 2009. Statistically and economically significant effects are estimated for certain amenity variables that pertain to wildlife habitat and location.en
