The purpose of this project will be to research energy saving possibilities for Medical Clinics in the Gallatin Valley. The objective will be to look at local Medical Clinics in Bozeman, MT and document the current land use, energy, water and waste average consumption/production. Research will be done on sustainable strategies based on Regional, National, and International LEED and NETZERO certified developments. Sustainable strategies will be applied and presented as an alternative for sustainable practices and the savings within Montana. The results will be utilized to demonstrate the potential energy saving that can be achieved for building and the cumulative saving if all medical clinics were built or remodeled to the design standards revealed by this research project.en_US
