| dc.description.abstract | Research into the question of what makes good online science classes with labs is the basis for this paper. Good online science classes are organized carefully and clearly. They find ways to adapt and apply all the principles of good science education including making predictions, considering outcomes, asking questions, and testing novel ideas. Finding and guiding students in activities with real physical objects, using technology to pause the students and enable them to make predictions, and providing vibrant, active discussion boards can make these classes as effective and interesting as live classes. | |
