dc.description.abstractMany students' lack the skills for academic success and ability to communicate and understand scientific content. In this study, science notebooks were implemented to examine the impact on students' understanding of the science concepts and process skills (observation and communication). The data indicated that science notebooks and the inquiry process did positively impact students' ideas and the development of scientific literacy.en
